SERVICE FEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• We offer a 100% refund on our service fee if the participating dealership does not honor the communicated discount and lease or finance rate.  Otherwise, all sales are final.
   

• Financing approval through BMW Financial Services or any third-party lender is not guaranteed and does not qualify for a refund of our service fee if financing is declined.
   

• Quotes we provide assume tier 1 credit (700+). Your payments will adjust if credit is not approved at tier 1 (the rate would adjust based on your credit tier).
   

• If you do a build, you cannot make a change once the build is locked by the participating dealership.
   

• Quotes around tax and registration fees may slightly vary as a result of actual tax and registration costs that the participating dealership will pull in real-time when producing your e-contract.
   

• Not qualifying for the incentives you mentioned to us during our quote phase doesn’t mean the dealership didn’t give you the discount or lease/finance rate they promised.  You are responsible for understanding the requirements of the incentives claimed.
   

• If you choose not to pick up the car in person and opt for delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping cost. We’re happy to connect you with a shipping provider and provide an estimated rate during the quoting process. Shipping costs may vary based on distance and driver availability.
   

• Any deposit you may be required to make to a participating dealership has its terms and conditions (set by the dealership).
